What You’ll do
ParallelDots is seeking a Project Associate to join their team. Remember, this is a remote job. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of AI-processed images to their clients. You will handle large volumes of data, coordinate with various teams, and meet unique client requirements, often under high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform data analysis and manage project tracking efficiently.
- Project Execution Support: Collaborate closely with project managers to assist in executing project tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison, facilitating clear communication between project managers and cross-functional teams, including the Tech and Data Science (DS) teams.
- Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain detailed project-related documents, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and reflects the current project status.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress meticulously, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on course.
- Project Management Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and ClickUp, streamlining project workflows.
- AI Model Training and Integration: While not mandatory, having knowledge of AI model training and integration processes will be highly advantageous.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with equivalent work experience are also encouraged to apply.
