Job Description
Egnyte’s Customer Success Operations Associate will work closely with various internal teams, such as Data Analytics and Data Engineering, to create and coordinate key reports that drive customer success. This role involves gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, particularly in relation to the Voice of the Customer program.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and coordinate essential reports for Customer Success.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the Voice of the Customer program.
- Assist in verifying and validating the consistency and quality of data in systems like Totango, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Conduct regular audits of customer success activities to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and work with the team to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience: Salesforce experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and BI tools.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills with proven relationship-management abilities.
- Preferred: Experience with support and/or professional services is a plus.
