Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Raise requests and complaints on behalf of customers using the CRM tool.
  • Educate customers about new products and benefits while generating leads.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance guidelines and scorecard parameters (Quality, Efficiency, Accuracy).
  • Capture and highlight problem indicators, suggesting improvements.
  • Ensure knowledge of products, processes, and systems is up-to-date.
  • Meet sales targets as set by the company.

Skills Required:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service: Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to comprehend and interpret basic customer information.
  • Knowledge: Preferable knowledge of banking and credit cards; sales experience is an added advantage.

Work Timings: Shifts starting from 6:30 am. Female employees have a shift window up to 8:00 pm.

Travel Boundaries: Churchgate to Virar & CST to Ghatkopar.

Education Requirements:

  • Graduation: Any stream (Mandatory with 60% and above, passing certificate required).
  • Language: Proficiency in English is compulsory.
