Job Description:
Teleperformance is bulk hiring for the role of Customer Support. They are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can join their team and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Customer Analysis: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Lead Outreach: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Reporting: Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, continuously improving through feedback.
Requirements:
- Graduation or under-graduation; freshers are eligible.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
