About the Role:
Meesho is looking for a Recruiter who can help them find the best talent to join growing team at Meesho. As a recruiter in bulk hiring, you’ll be responsible for discovering and attracting candidates, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Plan and conduct interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Source candidates through online platforms, including social media and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with past applicants and potential future hires.
- Measure and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Oversee the entire candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process.
What they’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and employment branding.
- Proficient in using social media and job boards to find potential candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand the duties and competencies required for different roles.
- A strong track record of sourcing qualified candidates and influencing management decisions.
